We are actually selfish. We use all the natural wealth without any hesitation. We buy a silk saree for 1000 rupees. But more than 10000 litres of water will be used for making that saree. If we calculate @10 rupees for one litre of water, the real cost of that saree will be 100 000 rupees. We can get a computer for 15000 rupees. But more than 30000 litres of water will be used and thousands of litres of water will be polluted in different stages of making it. To produce one pound of honey, a bee should visit 38000 times in 2000 flowers. If we go this distance straight, we can travel around the world. And we buy that honey for 50 or 100 rupees. Then we say with pride that we do this by giving money and we need the generosity of none.
We do not want to do similar projects like teak plantations etc.
We actually need a hide out from our stress and strains of every day life. We know that no one can stay here for a long time. (Because we have to go back to the tensions of life.) Here, your self and your SELF will be recharged. You will feel that you are a good humanitarian. You can come here at any time. Because you own this land. Even though your trees cost 12 lakhs or 25 lakhs, it is your decision not to cut it. You can dedicate it as the memorial of your respected father, loving mother or even to the society.
Prophet Mohammed said that at the time of judgement day if you have a seed, you plant it. After returning from the Uhad war showing the Uhad mountain he said, “Uhad Mountain whom we love and who loves us”. This usage of ‘who loves us’ is meaningful. All religions are giving importance to agriculture. In ‘Vrikshayurveda’ one tree is equal to 10 sons. Some religion think that by planting trees they will reach heaven.
The service given by a tree or forest to the society is really great. We will feel that we lived in this world by doing projects like this. There will be libraries, camps etc. for our children in these forests. They will get real friends from here.
If a person who gets 5000Dhs, invests 10% of his salary for 10 years, he can have one acre* of land with 1000 trees worth 1 crore rupees. He can use his remaining 90% salary for anything.
Most of the people can give 250DHS per month. But It will be difficult to pay full amount at a time.

Trees will grow when you are asleep. The price of land also increases. But everything must be done in time. There will be limits for this for those are working abroad.
