To become a member of club AD, you choose to pay 10000 Rupees month for five years. (total 600 000 Rupees)  We expect a return worth One Crore Rupees in 15 years after the establishment period. From 1000 trees in an acre in 20 years we get income at least 10 times.  An average of Rs. 1000 is obtained from one tree per year.  If we get Rs. 15000 from one tree, then we can produce trees worth one and half crores in an acre.  From 20 cents we can make 30 Lakhs.  If we even get less than half of it, we can produce trees worth 12 lakhs in  this period.  This is other than the income received from farm tourism, ayurvedic resorts, agriculture of medicinal plants, floriculture and other joint ventures related to this project.

You can invest 10000 Rupees easily after meeting all your expenses for five years, if you are investing only  10% of your salary.  In this five years the amount* received through interim crops can be withdrawn or can be used to invest for another unit.  The rate of the unit will change from time to time.

This rate is for those who are joining now.  For those who join in between the project may get the unit at the price fixed at that time.

We can see thousands of keralites, Indians and other nationals  who live in Gulf for more than10 to 20 years,  made no money or assets for them. Lots of persons lost lots of money in so many ways.

Loss may occur to those who leap into something with no second thoughts.  For example, we can take the project of teak.  The advertisement was that for Rs. 1000, in 20 years you would get Rs. 20,000.  It is true, if it was 50,000 Rupees in 50 years.  There is a fixed time for each tree to get its real value.  There is an increase  @  Rupees 1000 for  most of the trees per year.  But the increase is not in an order.  There are trees from which we can get Rs. 7000 in 7 years.  There are trees from which we can get Rs. 30000 in 30 years. There will be no loss in plantation of trees, if we select the trees for the specific period.

But in the case of teak project, (it is not permaculture and we do not want to promote that kind of plantation) you must be very careful before joining.  You  must know if it is the proper place for the growth of teak trees and for the project.  Then you must know about the  availability of water.  You  should also know whether you will get the permission to take water from there. Like this by knowing everything, you will be able to select the right project in the right time.

But we should always look in to the facts.

         Is there 5 coloured Pathimukam?

Will teak have good core in 20 years?

Will we get 100 lambs from a goat in 5 years?

Will we get Oud from oud tree in Kerala?

Is it worth  in spending lakhs of rupees for the cultivation     of Vanilla?

Is plantation of jetropha practical in Kerala?

Will bee keeping be a success in the place where the use of chemical pesticides are more?
